{Little “B” 6 months} Little Pals Photography | Sterling IL

Taking a small break from the New Year Almost Tax Time Bookwork and Website Re-design to post a few sneak peeks of today’s little Cutie.

Little “B” is 6 months. Where has the time gone? Seems like just last month we were taking his newborn images and pics of his mommy as they waited for his arrival.

He is such a happy thing and smiled a lot! Like all little ones just learning to explore he wanted to put things in his mouth….. and even made a reach a few times for my camera.

I wanted to grab just a few to share until I can get the rest sorted and processed.

It is so hard to believe that little Miss Kenjilyn is already 6 months old.

She was bright eyed and very interested in all things in my studio. She was fascinated with my reflector.

She was so busy looking at her surroundings and all so serious.

After lots of efforts on Mom & Dad’s part and a bit of horsey noises and songs we finally got a few smiles out of this serious little princess.

{The “S” Family Grandkids} Little Pals Photography

I was recently contacted by a member of the “S” Family looking for a last minute shoot. They were on a tight schedule and we only had a small window of time when they all would be together in town for a Surprise Birthday Party…….. SURE HOPE the surprise party went well! I will have to say it was the first time a client ever brought their own Dslr camera to a shoot …….( btw Thanks for letting me borrow your wide angle lens because now I want to trade my current wide angle in for one like yours! ) Here are a few of the images we captured from our short session. Such a great looking group of kids! OOPS excuse the Senior watermark on the kid pic……. grabbed the wrong watermark action……

{Little Man “D” turns 1} Little Pals Photography | Sterling IL

Its hard to believe its been a year since this little man was a baby.

I photographed him as a newborn and then again for 6 month images and NOW he is ONE! Where has the time gone??

I have had the pleasure of watching him grow and he is such a sweetie. He definitely was a very well mannered One Year Old.

But like any child who has learned to walk an explore on his own you could tell he preferred to be free to walk which makes pictures at the park much more suited to this adventurous age.

I got the pleasure of photographying this beautiful family once again.

Hard to believe its been almost 3 years since they were here last….

The little boy in the pics will turn 3 in October and one of his newborn pics still has a special place in my heart and on my business cards He was one of my best ever sleepers at a newborn session. I believe he slept thru the whole process and made my job so easy. Mom tells me that was the last time he slept that well for almost 2 years! Guess I got REALLY lucky!

Big Sister has grown into a pretty young girl and was my special assistant when I needed her.

This time they welcomed home a new baby girl. She was just the sweetest thing ever. And just like her brother she slept great and when she was awake barely made a peep.

Enjoy these sneak peeks and as usual I cant just choose one or two to share!

Welcome back to the studio this little guy! He came to me when he was 3 months old and now he is 6 months……

It’s amazing how much they change in such a short amount of time. More the reason to be sure to capture these precious moments before they change…. and they change quickly!

Sunday started out great with this first picture…………. little model in the making.

Then we had a window of time where Carter just wasnt feeling up to pictures…………. so we took a break. He had a snack and a bottle………. then we tried again.

It was abundantly clear that this little man prefers to have no shirt on and REALLY started smiling once he sat in the big comfy red chair….

Looking forward to watching him grow up!

This year sure did fly by……….. And this little cutie is growing up fast.

He first came to me as a newborn and now he just turned 6 months old!

He was such a little joy to work with. Probably the first little one not to cry at all!

Well the sounds bad doesn’t it?? lol Not all my clients cry…….. haha mostly the little ones who just have had enough of sitting and cooperating.

Although I will say I do tend to make the mom’s cry………… AFTER the session when they view their proofs! tears of happy joy!

I just love when they give me so many different expressions so I can put together a FACES OF _________ collage!
