{Baby H} Little Pals Photography | Sterling IL

I got the pleasure of photographying this beautiful family once again.

Hard to believe its been almost 3 years since they were here last….

The little boy in the pics will turn 3 in October and one of his newborn pics still has a special place in my heart and on my business cards He was one of my best ever sleepers at a newborn session. I believe he slept thru the whole process and made my job so easy. Mom tells me that was the last time he slept that well for almost 2 years! Guess I got REALLY lucky!

Big Sister has grown into a pretty young girl and was my special assistant when I needed her.

This time they welcomed home a new baby girl. She was just the sweetest thing ever. And just like her brother she slept great and when she was awake barely made a peep.

{Block – Maternity} Little Pals Photography | Sterling IL

The Block Family soon to be “Family of Three” came to see me to capture some images of her pregnancy.

She looked beautiful and such a perfect little tummy.

And believe it or not they are waiting until their bundle of joy arrives to find out what they are having.

Such will power. It will be a very special day indeed for them when their baby arrives.

As usual I can never just show one or 2 sneak peeks of the gallery because I have a hard time choosing so here are several for you to see.

Of course FIRST up is slightly a pun……… Could not pass up spelling their last name in the wood letters aka blocks ……

I dont usually go for the selective coloring of images but think it kind of works here.

Mom requested I incorporate the boots into a shot or 2……… what do you think of this?

Looking forward to hearing from them in a few weeks after their baby arrives to schedule a newborn session.

I always tell the mom’s to put me on their after delivery call list to get the newborn session scheduled before they leave the hospital.

To get those sweet curly shots it is best to have an appointment in the first 7-10 days after they are born.

Meet Kenjilyn…….. Such a sweet little newborn girl came to visit on Mother’s Day with her mommy & daddy for some pictures.

She made us work for it in the beginning but once we finally got her cozy and started she was such a good little girl.

I had thought we were actually going to make it through all the pictures before she “showered” us.

Like all newborns who are free of the diaper its really only a matter of when and not if it will happen.

Little Man “D” turns 1 Month Old!

This little cutie pie was so sweet and snuggly. He came by just in time to get a few 1 month shots and some family pics with Mom & Dad.

I do believe he was my first little boy baby to NOT christen any of the blankets during the au natural shots.

{Newborn Khloe} Little Pals Photography – Sterling IL

Little Miss Khloe came to visit. I have known her mother since she was a young girl. I knew as soon as I heard she was pregnant I just had to take her pictures

She was so good and really settled right in for the session. However she was still very aware of what she liked and did not like. It took many attempts to get the wings and flower halo on this little angel. In fact before the halo would touch her she sensed it and immediately began to whimper.
